Day 39: Three ANC haikus




















One twenty today.

Doctors think: home tomorrow.
(We've heard that before)

Mady's doctors say
They see 'baby' neutrophils
That give them much hope.

I think her neutrophils
Want to stay and help... so they
Avoid the blood draw.
