Day 42: A Normal Day

Sunday, October 21, 2007 - What a beautiful day! Sunny, in the mid-70's, and did I mention... Mady's home from the hospital!

Mady made pancakes again today, and we did one of our favorite things: a family hike around Turtle Pond at Habitat here in Belmont. We even checked on our Turtle Pond Letterbox (don't know about letterboxing? Click HERE), and it was in good shape.

Tomorrow Mady gets another ANC test, but today we didn't worry about it. In other words, we had a perfectly normal day, and it was wonderful.

Not much water. and NO turtles, in Turtle Pond today...

A little late on the uptake here. Welcome home, everybody. We drove by on Friday night and all the lights were on. We wondered...Is Mady home? Well, you are now, Mady. Great news.

The picture of the four of you is positively the most beautiful thing I have seen in a long time! We "blew it up" and made a print of it. Thanks for the wonderful news! XXXXOOOO GP&E

I am so glad for the Arthur-Kleins to be home and together again. I bet it is so great to be in your own bed and see you cats again. I missed by dog so much when I was in the hospital...more than my kids!! Just kidding!
Well, I hope we can come to visit once you get settled. Enjoy being in your own bed and bedroom-and just the comfort of being home.
Miss you and lots of love and good vibes!

Congratulations and welcome home Mady (and Chris)!
Glad that letterbox is still going strong, too... I remember that first one!
A candle of joy and celebration was lit for you all at the 9am yesterday.

Look forward to seeing everyone soon.
(and happy belated birthday, Trey!)
