What an adorable photo! My daughter just named a new Webkinz after Buttercup. We can't wait to puppy-sit again.

Erhard said he didn't know which was cuter---Mady or Buttercup! Ha ha. Kidding aside, this is a wonderful picture. Thank you for posting it. XXXXOOOOgp&e
I can only imagine that cute pup just got through licking Mady's ear.

What a lucky puppy! He's got such a cozy spot.

WE LOVE YOU! J,T,F
Beautiful photo!
Mady, I am glad you have little Buttercup whilst you are enduring your treatments, pets are so therapeutic.
My little boy Scott has a mutant Maine Coon who likes to sleep on his head in the middle of the night and chew at his new hair/stubble! It drives Scott nuts but I think he loves it really.
Stay strong and take care.
ALL HALE BUTTERCUP!
Why do you build me up (build me up) Buttercup, baby
Just to lick my ear (lick my ear) and mess up my hair
And then best of all (best of all) you never bark, baby
When you say you will (say you will) and I love you still
I need you (I need you) more than anyone, darlin'
You know that I have from the start
So build me up (build me up) Buttercup, don't poop on my rug
"I 'll hold it untill ten", you told me time and again
But if I am late, you don't wait around and then
You pee on the floor, I can't take any more
It's not you, you let me down again
(Hey, hey, hey!) Baby, baby, try to find
(Hey, hey, hey!) A little time and I'll make you mine
(Hey, hey, hey!) I'll be home
I'll be beside the leash waiting for you
Ooo-oo-ooo, ooo-oo-ooo

You were my pup but I could be the girl you adore
If you'd just let me know
Although you're paper trained, I'm attracted to you all the more
Why do I need you so

That was a nice diversion!
Now its back to my Punch List!
Hi Mady.
I think I'm in love with Buttercup! My dog, Grant, (a greyhound) is my best pal and makes me happy just by being there. He's also a spaz! He insists on sleeping right next to me and just after he eats, he comes right up to me, looks me in the eye with a soulful gaze, and burps in my face. Dogs! Gotta love them. Chris, I feel your pain - Grant had a habit of getting up at 2 am to go outside. Glad we broke that habit.
Give Buttercup a snuggle from me!
Mary
Mady...
Your new pup is adorable and really looks like he knows how you're feeling in this photo. I hope your both taking good care of each other. Thinking of you... Martha
This photo is definitely the “awwwwww” factor!
I love the version of “Build Me Up Buttercup!” I was thinking of the song they sang in “Three Amigos.” I think it was “My Little Buttercup.” I’m not going to attempt a dog version! Somebody else can do that!

Wow...they look so alike in this picture... Just kidding! If Abby did that to my, my head would be flattened.
My best wishes to Mady (pictured bottom), the rest of the family (not pictured), Buttercup (pictured top), and your cats (mysteriously not in photo).

My dears, I am thinking of you. The UU flags, which I glanced at this morning, add a little pizzazz to these otherwise grey days. FYI, Mike and I are headed to Mississippi for two night (long way to go you say) for the reopening of the community health center in Biloxi. It is a good news thing in what is otherwise continuing difficult times there. I do expect to find very busy people, many of whom I only know by phone and email, and find little pockets of joy here and there. I am thankful for the opportunity to go there, husband Mike will accompany. As for you all, I send you strength in kilo-sized boxes, many of them. I hope to see you during this "holiday season".
Many squeezes and love,
Bev
